Good afternoon everyone,

I hope you are having a good day.

This is my third week at Minamishiro JHS,and I was finally able to join, and enjoy each and every class.

This week, we had performance test for third grade students. Everyone did well so I would like to say 「お疲れ様です」.
I was quite surprised because when we were having one on one interview, you talked a lot. You answered many questions, some that you weren't even practicing for. It's the same when we talk outside the classroom.

So I ask myself why are you not like that in the class? Are you nervous? It's okay. Everyone gets nervous.

Are you scared of making mistakes? Please don't be scared. Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. I work as an alt, but I make mistakes all the time. Learning from mistake is one of the best ways to learn. So don't be afraid of making mistakes.

So, I'd advice you to practice, practice and practice.
